One of the most active massage techniques may be experienced with the gentle stretching and energy work of a traditional Thai massage. While the client remains at ease, the masseuse uses hands, feet, and ultimately his or her whole body to apply gentle pressure to stiff and knotted muscles, while at the same time stretching joints and corresponding muscle groups. The stretching actions sometimes earn these style comparisons to yoga, and like a healthy yoga practice, a Thai massage may leave the client feeling loose and flexible, with increased energy and noticeably improved overall health.

Anti - aging Lymphatic Facial RF & BIO Treatment
. Duration:1 hr··. Price:$150
Use Cavitation RF High quality Manchin Techniques for Anti-Aging Facial Massage
1. Preparation
Cleanse your face: Begin with a clean face, free of makeup and dirt.
Apply an oil or cream: Use a nourishing facial oil or moisturizer to provide slip and prevent tugging on the skin.
2. Basic Anti-Aging Facial Massage Techniques
a. Lymphatic Drainage (to reduce puffiness)
Start by placing your hands gently on the center of your face (forehead, cheeks, or chin).
Use upward, sweeping motions along the jawline, towards your temples, and then down along your neck to help drain toxins and excess fluid.
Focus on the lymph nodes along the sides of the neck, just below the ears, and gently massage in a circular motion to encourage drainage.
b. Forehead and Eye Area (reduce fine lines and wrinkles)
Forehead: Place your fingertips in the center of your forehead. Gently massage outwards with light pressure, moving from the center to the temples.
Eyes: Using your ring fingers (as they exert less pressure), tap gently around the eye area. Start from the inner corners of the eyes, move under the eyes, and then up along the brow bone. This will help with puffiness and reduce the appearance of crow’s feet.
You can also do a gentle "press and release" motion with your fingers to stimulate circulation.
c. Cheeks and Jawline (lift and contour)
Use your fingers or palms to gently lift the skin on your cheeks and jawline. Start from the center of the face (near the nose) and massage upwards towards your temples and ears.
To focus on the jawline, use the knuckles of your fingers to apply gentle pressure in circular motions, starting at the chin and working towards the ears. This helps with lifting and tightening the jaw area.
You can also place your hands along your jawline and apply gentle upward strokes to lift and contour.
d. Neck (prevent sagging)
Using both hands, gently massage the sides of your neck with upward strokes, from the collarbones to the jawline. This encourages lymphatic drainage and can help combat sagging skin.
Be sure to use light pressure as the skin on the neck is delicate.
e. Mouth Area (reduce laugh lines and marionette lines)
Use your fingertips to gently massage around the mouth, making small circular motions along the nasolabial folds (lines that run from the nose to the corners of the mouth) and the marionette lines (lines running from the mouth down to the chin).
Apply upward pressure to help smooth out these areas and encourage skin renewal.
3. Final Step: Gua Sha or Jade Roller
For added benefits, you can use a gua sha tool or jade roller to enhance your facial massage. These tools help stimulate blood flow and can aid in lymphatic drainage.
For the gua sha, start at the chin and use the flat side of the stone to sweep upward along the jaw, neck, and cheeks. Gently glide it in a “scraping” motion, following the natural contours of your face.
A jade roller is a gentler tool, ideal for rolling over the face in an upward direction. It can be used on any area of the face for a cooling, de-puffing effect.
4. Aftercare
After the massage, apply a serum or moisturizer to lock in the benefits of the massage and keep your skin hydrated.
Including Cavitation & RF Hight Quality Machine How Often Should You Do a Facial Massage?
2-3 times a week: This is ideal for most people, as over-massaging can cause irritation or overstimulation. You can do it more frequently if you have specific concerns, but always listen to your skin’s needs.

Facial cupping, or really cupping of any kind, is a centuries-old practice that involves using suction cups on different areas of the face to gently list and stretch the tissue under the skin. The suctioning itself is meant to stimulate the flow of qi, a Chinese word meaning life force. While the exact origin of the technique isn’t completely clear, research suggests the holistic treatment can be traced back to early Chinese and Egyptian medicine, Tavernise shares.
Facial cupping works best when a serum or oil is applied to cleansed skin first to help reduce friction and prevent bruising (more on that later). Per the method, facial cups are then swept upward and outward across the face while using a squeeze-and-release technique to suction the cups to the skin. The motion is repeated several times on each side of the face, beginning at the base of the neck and working along the jawline, cheek area, and forehead.
Stimulating the tissues of the face through cupping helps open up circulation and supports detoxification,” Fender explains. “The suction of the cups pulls blood into areas of the face that may be more stagnant, causing oxygen and essential nutrients to flood in and helping the body eliminate impurities.”
According to Tavernise, the practice reduces puffiness, promotes cell turnover, softens wrinkles and fine lines, relieves muscle tension, and stimulates collagen production. Similar to gua sha, lymphatic drainage massages, and facial rollers, it also delivers fresh blood cells to the area, as well as draining any stagnant fluid or lymph in the face.
